Parts 1 and 2 of the Report [of the larger six volume document] of the Commission of Inquiry in to Conspiracy to Murder Mahatma Gandhi by Jeevan Lal Kapur [Retired Judge of the Supreme Court of India] The commission was established in 1965 and the final report was submitted on 30 September 1969.
The report was published under the aegis of Ministry of Home affairs, 1970.

This report is widely known and is now out of print.
